Shipping

Canvas: We ship within the continental US- all others would be at additional cost- Please message for additional shipping cost. All canvas is packed and shipped via UPS or FEDEX

Furniture: We are happy to ship your furniture purchase in the continental US- however shipping is not available in: Alaska, Hawaii, Islands and remote areas of the US. If you have questions regarding if delivery can be made, please reach out to us.

Please note if you are located in NYC and the surrounding areas, additional shipping fees may apply. Please reach out for additional cost information.

Additional Furniture Shipping Policies

JJ Bean Designs/Cheryl Tocci is not responsible for damage caused during transit or delivery, including loss. Additionally, the buyer is responsible to file all claims. Due to the nature of your purchase, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery of your item.

Due to the shipping that is used, we may require some assembly when your furniture item is received. Our delivery is for first floor delivery only. Buyer is responsible for any additional "move in".

Furniture Quality

All furniture has been inspected and thoroughly cleaned before it's makeover. We use only quality products and professionally complete each piece with love and care for a lasting artistic item you can be proud to display in your home. Most of the furniture we design are older pieces or antiques that possibly could have even been heading to the local landfill. We try our best to ensure we repair and touch up any pieces so that they look as new as possible. However, it is not always possible to get perfect. Please note there could be minor cosmetic things due to the age of the furniture. These "minor imperfections" give each piece character and beauty.

Canvas Quality

Each is canvas triple primed and only quality paints are used. We preserve the quality of each artwork by sealing each one to ensure lasting beauty.

Photos

We do complete, professional photos of our pieces and love to share them. However, as with any photo there could be differences in lighting, surrounding light sources, monitor differences you are viewing on etc. We do try to ensure it is as accurate as can be. If you are unsure of the color, please feel free to send a message for more pictures.

Furniture and Canvas Sales Policies

Our policy regarding sales is as follows: No Returns, No Cancellation and No Refunds. Please be sure that you ask any questions you many have and that they have been fully answered BEFORE you purchase. All sales are final.
